Claudius Eisenberg is concerned with all legal issues relating to product development and sales and related topics. This includes the planning, design, manufacture, and sales of both traditional and high-tech products, modern service performance techniques, construction work, and the interface with the corporate organization.
In addition, he regularly trains staff at renowned companies on the topics of product safety and product liability.
In 2008/2009, he worked as a legal advisor during the German-Chinese rule of law dialogue administered by the GIZ in Beijing and has advised various agencies of the Chinese government on rule of law compliance issues.
Claudius Eisenberg furthermore was appointed Professor of Business Law at Pforzheim University and was for many years the data protection officer of the university. In the medical devices field, he has acquired the TÜV-Süd certificate in “Manager Regulatory Affairs International”.
He is the author of several books and magazine articles on various legal issues relating to product and building law and appears regularly as a speaker at conferences and seminars.
