Technical specialisation: Telecommunications (in particular 2G, 3G, ...), information technology and software, image processing, web applications, cryptography, robotics, automotive, electronics in general, semiconductor components (memory chips, DRAMs), bioinformatics, medical technology, optics, solar technology, and renewable energy.
Guenther is regularly involved in patent infringement proceedings and in the representation of clients in patent opposition/nullity proceedings, in particular for clients from the telecommunications and automotive supplier sector.
A further field of expertise is the preparation of patent applications for clients of all sizes, ranging from start-up businesses through small and medium-sized enterprises to DAX-listed corporations. His speciality is the direct preparation of patent applications in English for filing both in Europe and in the USA, in particular for software manufacturers.
